Linda's Mozzarella Meat Loaf

Serving Size  : 8  


   3 Pounds Ground Beef, Lean
   1 1/2  Cups Salsa - Pace Medium
   4  Eggs
   1 1/2  Cups Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim Milk -- Cubbed Small

Mix all well.  Divide between two loaf pans.  Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.

Fat - 41.1g
Carbs - 4.7g
Fiber - .8g
