Skiline Dip with Pork Rinds By : Skyline Chili
Ingredients:
15 oz.can Skyline Original Chili (THE BEST canned chii, but you can use another brand that is low in carbs)
8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese
8 oz pkg. grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Diced Onions
1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce
Directions:
Spread cream cheese evenly on bottom of an 8x8 casserole dish. Pour heated Skyline Chili over cream cheese. Cover with grated cheddar cheese. Top with onions and lettuce or any other toppings you'd like to add. Let cool in fridge. Serve with pork rinds for dipping. Enjoy!
