Mozzarella Sticks

Mozzarella cheese sticks ( I use the peelable ones)
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons soy flour
seasoning salt
1 egg (beaten)
oil for deep frying

Mix parm cheese,seasoning salt & soy flour together place in a ziplock bag.
Cut your cheese sticks in half, place in a bowl with the beaten egg, then place the cheese sticks into the ziplock bag shake till well coated once coated place into hot oil for approx. 45seconds Remove and eat while warm.
